Southern Street Dance Championships 2010

Event Details:

As you are aware, the Southern Championship is set to be a very busy event. Tickets are selling out fast, and we have received a lot of dancer entries.

Please see below, for the schedule of the day:

* Doors will open at 8.30am promptly.

* Tickets will need to be picked up / paid for at the ticket desk, please note that cash only payments are accepted on the day.

* Team music is to be handed in NO LATER THAN 9.00am! There will be 2 desks in the main room, one for each room, so please go to the desk and hand in your music ASAP.

* Desk 1 = Under 10 & under 14 teams      Desk 2 = Under 18 & Over 18 teams

* Solo / Duo numbers can then be collected from the dancer registration desk. Pre entered solos and duos numbers have been pre allocated, so the dance teacher can simply pick up all the numbers for their dance school.  

* THERE WILL BE NO RESERVED SEATING FOR DANCE SCHOOLS AT THIS EVENT, AS MOST SCHOOLS HAVE GOT DANCERS / TEAMS COMPETITING IN BOTH ROOMS.  Seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please arrive early to ensure that your school sit together.

* On Sunday, the competition will be run in 2 different rooms:

Main room

Solos

Under 6, under 8, under 10, under 12, under 14’s

Duos

Under 6, under 8, under 10, under 12, under 14’s

Teams

Under 10, Under 14’s.

Smaller room

Solos

Under 16, Over 16

Duos

Under 16, over 16

Teams

Under 18, over 18’s

Tickets are on their way to you, Any extras can now be purchased at the door on Sunday.
